The Department of Transportation prohibits the transport of household goods (personal belongings) in vehicles being transported. The carrier’s insurance does not insure personal items. An auto carrier can be fined, and your items can be confiscated during routine inspections. Learn how to prepare your vehicle for transport, however we do allow 150lb max of any additional items in the vehicle for weight purposes going through weigh stations etc. We ask for the items to be either tapped up and sealed oof in the trunk for safety and security of your items
It all depends on the location and destination of the vehicle. On the average vehicle, transport takes 1-2 weeks. Pickup times can be anywhere from 1-3 days and an additional 5-8 days for delivery.

Yes – The size of your vehicle determines if an oversize vehicle transport service is needed. Larger vehicles occupy the same amount of space as two standard mid-size cars.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover as a form of payment for DEPOSITS ONLY. The remaining balance is due upon delivery and MUST be in the form of CASH or CERTIFIED BANK CHECK. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Yes. Your booking deposit is refundable IF your order is canceled before our truck has been assigned to pick up your vehicle(s). Canceling your order after our car has been set, the booking deposit is not refundable.
No – All costs of transporting your vehicle are included in our quote. Your quote includes pickup, delivery, insurance, and taxes.
All our transportation services are door-to-door unless we anticipate hardship in accessing the pick-up or delivery location because of low-hanging trees, narrow streets, weight restrictions, street restrictions, etc. In these cases, arrangements will be made for you to meet at a nearby safe and legal location with ample loading space.
