We offer transparent pricing, AI-powered logistics, and real-time tracking.  

• Booking: Recommend scheduling ~1 week ahead (expedited options available) 

• Payment: Deposits via debit or credit card; final payment upon delivery by cash or certified funds. No other forms accepted.  

• Cancellation: Deposit fully refundable if canceled before truck assignment; non-refundable thereafter.

• Quotes are all-inclusive: pickup, delivery, insurance, taxes—no hidden fees .

• We offer a Price Match Guarantee: find a lower rate from a reputable competitor, we’ll match it.

• Standard: 3–4 day window in metro areas; 5–6 days in remote areas .

• Prompt—but not precise: specific dates/times may vary slightly.

• No household items allowed (DOT rules + insurance limitations) .

• Up to 150 lb of sealed personal items in trunk allowed—for weight/scale compliance (fully your responsibility).

• Fully insured transit from pickup to delivery.

• Real-time tracking and updates via our online platform or email .

• Reporting damage promptly upon delivery required—no funny business after the fact.

• Military (active/veteran), senior (65+), and student discounts available .

• Oversize vehicles, barged shipments (e.g., Alaska routes), depot and recovery/rental ops incur separate fees and require coordination.

• Wait-and-Return: driver waits at destination and returns car same day or within agreed period.

• Drive Away: professional driver personally delivers your vehicle for a more flexible, door-to-door service.

• We use cookies on our Website for traffic analysis and experience optimization—accept or decline at your discretion. 

• All website content (text, images, videos) belongs to AAS LLC USA. Don’t even think about copying without permission—or we’ll ship you our T&Cs in an 18-wheeler.

• We’ll move your car with care, but we’re not perfect. To the lawful extent permitted, AAS LLC USA isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.
